So let's talk Habeas Corpus. According to our Attorney General, while the Constitution says that the Government can't suspend Habeas Corpus, that doesn't mean everyone in the US is guaranteed the right of Habeas Corpus.

This makes perfect sense. See, the Government can't take it away because you don't have it. There's nothing to take away, ergo, Gonzales is 100% correct.
