Dear Doug Morris

Dear Doug Morris, CEO of the Universal Music Group,
Fuck you. Every song on my iPod is legally purchased you self-assured little fuck. Hey, y'know, go ahead, accuse me of being a thief, I don't really mind, you sack of shit. I mean, it's not libel or anything because it's a blanket statement that simply demonstrates the fact that you hate your customers. It's not targeted towards me specifically- you think everyone is a thief. By your twisted bizarro world logic, the fact that I can buy a CD, then rip that CD and put it on my iPod isn't fair use, it's stealing.

But thank God we have Capitalism. Because I can contribute to your flagging sales by not buying your crap, or going overseas and importing the music from other markets. Your arrogant little ass won't get my hard-earned dollars. If you want to imply that your customers are thieves, then we won't be your customers. Hell, maybe we'll go out of our way just to prove you right- that seems to be what you want.

Eat Shit, and DIAF,
Remy Porter
