They want to regulate the Internet, and again, it's to protect the children. All webmasters who host sexually explicit material have to place a warning label on each page that contains it. This demonstrates the idiocy of these people when it comes to the Internet- what if I don't link it from a page? And if I'm hosting other people's content, am I responsible? Will Flickr be closed down? Reading this, it's like listening to some grandma saying "There aughtta be a law."
