As a note, when I went to buy my MacBookPro, my card was declined. This surprised me, because I had plenty of money in there (not so much now). I have them hold it for me, and step outside of the store to call my bank.

Well, sure enough, my card was flagged for an unusual purchase- I had exceeded my spending cap with that attempt to buy a laptop. A little check to confirm who I was, and the lady on the phone was more than happy to help.

So check this- while I got back into line, she waited on the phone with me, so that she could increase the cap while I made that purchase, and then drop it right back down as soon as I was done. In the mean time, she joked around with me. "I can tell I'm going to be your hero. I'm actually sitting here in a superhero cape."

I was impressed, and pleased with the level of service. Thank you Citizen's Bank.
