Some Good Work News

I finally emailed the Big Boss last night. Within five minutes, I got a phone call from him, saying he was concerned, and that he wanted to get this fixed, and that if I was upset, the other instructors must be livid (they are). He's set up a conference call with all of the instructors as well as our managers, and he sounds like he really wants to get down to the bottom of this.

Hopefully something good comes of this.
