The Future is Last Week (hyperwords)

At one point, I said to myself- wouldn't it be cool if my website automatically turned every word into a hyperlink to a google search for that word? Wouldn't it be cool if my webbrowser did it with every site I visited? How much smarter, more interesting- more connected would my browsing experience be? Perhaps, by using the "I'm Feeling Lucky" mode, I could connect my site with just one related site, or make money as every word connects to products and articles that expand on that information.
