The Future is Last Week

In the spirit of a magazine, I'm going to try starting to have some regular features, I dunno. It sounds like fun.

At any rate, the first feature is "The Future is Last Week", in which I draw to the attention of the small fragment of the world that reads this signs of a science fiction future now. Robots and the like will be pretty standard, flying cars, etc.

But today's is kinda weird. People name their kids after special places, the city where they met, relatives, good friends, etc. But a Romanian (Transylvanian to be exact) couple named their son after the Internet service they used to meet- Yahoo!.

Imagine if the kid drowns: "Yahoo goes Belly Up!" Stocks plummet.
