Well, that was cool...

Stepped outside and saw the landlord. The neighbors screwed him, didn't pay rent for three months and vanished. They left all of their stuff.

We have:
a cheesy 70's era bike called "The Swinger" that I'll be pimping out.
a fancy vodka set
faux crystal pitcher and glasses

Now, I fully intend to bring bad karma down on these people even though I profitted- they left their cat there for two weeks with no food or water. Juan found it and has been taking care of it even though they haven't. So, if anyone in the area wants a calico longhair, let me know.
