He was arrested yesterday, down in New York City under an unclear charge. Originally, the officers tried to nail him on defacement of property. But that wouldn't fly, since wash-away chalk doesn't count as defacement. They arrested him anyway, and confiscated the bike.
Even better- they arrested him while he was interviewing with MSNBC. There's a video available, which I've just downloaded. But damnable thing- I _hate_ Quicktime.
