How Random Babbling Becomes Corporate Policy

Wow... I walk out to my first class only to find a dark room. Confussling. One other student showed up, and he was as confused as I.

It's vaguely annoying, to stand out in the hall like a goober because you have no idea what's going on. Feh.

Anywho, 'Manda seems to be in a grand mood as of late, and I am too. This whole friend hunt on LJ was kinda fun, and reminded me of when I first discovered LJ.

It's the quest for identity that drives us all. I know I've said it before, but I need to scream it out. It's both an internal and external quest. After all, the answer lies within us all, but we can't just look and see it. That's why the aboriginies have a walkabout. That's why Odysseus was really lost at sea all that time.

The thing is, finding oneself is scary. Because we always think we've already got it. And in reality, we're not even close, and probably never will be. But again, just because we can't win doesn't mean we shouldn't try. We are Sisyphus, and in him the entire human condition is described. And like Sisyphus we have to have such a love for life that we are undaunted by failure, that while the gods try to punish us, we strive against them, and flip them off by our continuance.

"Who are you? What do you have worth living for?"
