Question...

Is it in poor taste to get people to send letters of reccomendation when the prospective employer has not asked for them? I'm just trying to think of things that could get me in better with this potential job.

Any other ideas to sweeten my chances?

Should I send letters of reccomendation to my prospective employer without the employer soliciting them?

What else can I do to improve my chances?
