Now, let's move onto the more interesting stuff. The duty of an artist, be it an author, painter, photographer, performance artist, etc., is to provide a vision with which to guide the other people. The duty of a technologist is to provide the tools to complete that vision. The duty of the politicians and lawyers, and other such administrative peoples, is to organize us all to operate smoothly in achieving that vision.
