So, we had yet another power blink this morning. These things happen pretty much every other day. This time however, it decided to happen and cause my D: drive to get fuxxored. Hardcore fuxxored. Most of the data on the drive I can't get at. The chkdsk utility can't cope with the extent of the damage.

IE. Truncating invalid attribute linking on file sector x displays, then it drops out. You run it again, and it does the same for a different sector, or sometimes the same sector. In other words, it doesn't go anywhere.

Anyone? Suggestions? It's an NTFS drive, made by Maxtor. If anyone knows of any recovery tools that aren't stupid trials that refuse to recover any files large than 64k, let me know. Any disk repair utilities that I should try, etc. I'm getting desperate; that drive had most of my programs and all of my photographs and artwork.
