Could someone explain to me why, when I use the Clip.start() method to play an audio clip in a java program, as the documentation on the sun website says to [this page], the audio file does not play back, it just hangs. However, when I use the Clip.loop(int arg0) method, it works just fine. Why, I can even command it to loop zero times, which just so happens to... PLAY IT ONCE.
I'm discovering that the documentation on the Sun site leaves something to be desired. This gives me second thoughts as to wether or not I'm going to work on the Java 3D API.
