You create a new method of communication and the primary use people have is sniping at each other.

That said, in this particular breakup, Apples took a dive; leapt, and saved the looking for later. (why look before you leap? you'll see it after you land anyway) I commend drastic action to break from a bad situation- and it was bad. He was downright glum. Now he's hopeful.
