Some thoughts...

So, I took my learnings of Reiki, and applied them a bit, in an ongoing experiment. I've decided that I'm slowly going to scrape away at the edges of Bosstom's reality until he goes Fae. To that end, I've started my first thrust- carefully planted Reiki bombs, set to enhance his well being and creativity when they go off.

That got me thinking about reiki. The practitioners of it are always talking about how reiki can't ever do real damage, could never be used for attack, and at worst, will do nothing at all.

Yet reiki is notorious for damaging computer hardware.

This is a contradiction. Perhaps it doesn't do anything to people, but then, if you could use the technique to damage hardware, I think you can damage wetware with it.
