Well now, that job search thing is looking so much more optimistic. Dennis took me to the local Java Developers Network meeting. They were discussing Rational Rose, which made me feel good, because even if I didn't know Java, I had experience with RR. Cool beans (java ones even!).

Anywho, met a gent from New York Independent System Operation. They handle computer stuff to manage things like a micro-Wall Street and power distribution. They need people to do XML desperately. The way the guy was talking, it sounded rather likely.
