There is now an announcement in news. There's going to be limits on how much you can post, based on your account.

I've actually got a thought on this... a thought about "posting credits", so that users who have paid accounts but don't post that much (like me, do I ever post twenty times in twenty-four hours?) can trade some of those excess posts to other people.
